Initial Client Meeting

This first point of contact is one on one to determine your expectations and goals in relation to wealth creation through property investment over the next 5 to 10years. At this stage we collect information to obtain a general financial overview of your situation which is then reviewed by a qualified funding specialist to determine your capacity for investment.

Property Investment Analysis

The second appointment is to present a Property Investment Analysis to explain how an investment property can work for you and after tax deductions how much the property investment will cost you weekly. Also at this time a number of property options that have satisfied our due diligence and your preferences will be presented within your borrowing and servicing capacity.

Property Inspections

Once you are entirely comfortable with your capacity to invest we will arrange times to inspect properties short listed for consideration.

Securing a Property

From reservations through to the signing of Contracts we will guide you through the whole process every step of the way. We will attend pre settlement inspections and co ordinate settlement.

Settlement and Property Management

To continue our dedicated, personalized service Royston Property offer management of your investment portfolio. We understand how valuable the role of property management is within the investment process, ensuring tenants are the right fit and yields are maximized. Our priority is quality service to both landlords and tenants.

Portfolio Management

Periodically RoystonProperty will review your investment portfolio to ensure premium performance of all properties.
